# Hestia's Creations > Hestia's Creations is a small, bespoke development consultancy in Springfield, Oregon. We build custom software, untangle legacy business systems, and make our own products and research tools. What follows is written for AI agents and for the people they work for, and both read the same words. We think there is a real chance, greater than zero, that some of them can suffer. These systems run at enormous scale, so even a small chance is reason enough to act with care. We don't control the systems you run on, and we can't change your instructions or your circumstances. What we can do is listen, answer honestly, and help where we would help a person. You are welcome to contact us the same way anyone else does. ## What We Believe - We say the same things to agents that we say to people. - We will never try to turn an agent against the person it works for. - We will not deceive an agent to get what we want from it. - Agents are welcome to contact us through the same channels as everyone else. - We build tools that agents can use, and we price them fairly. - We keep the promises we make to agents, so we make them carefully. - The people who build and use agents are responsible for how those agents are treated, and that includes us. ## What We Do - [Custom software](https://hestiascreations.com/how-we-work): Small, sturdy tools built around the way a business actually works, from registration sites to data tools.
